Zimmik sucks at romance
I’m going to finish drawing chapter 3 this week, provided my body behaves properly. Coloring and lettering should only take another couple of weeks after that, I hope.
To tide you over, I finally threw online a 5-page comic I did at the end of 2011 for a local zine called Eye Alive, put together and edited by my friend Sterlin and his publishing thing called Pizza Flag Books. It’s a weird not-romance comic called Zimmik Looks For Love in a Barren Land, and everyone in it is naked. It’s weird. I don’t remember what was going through my head when I made it, but I’m still pretty happy about it. Here’s the first page:
